Objective:

Develop custom "Crafted Dog" and "Crafted Cat" sections within Hill’s Pet Nutrition’s in-store app to spotlight a new, slower-moving but healthy product line. This initiative also incentivized Pet Smart employees to effectively promote the product.
Allowing the Product to Shine:
Designed two dedicated sections—one for dogs and one for cats—to deliver targeted, easy-to-digest information that accelerates product understanding. This tailored approach improved user comprehension by 20% during testing, ensuring customers quickly grasp the product’s benefits.

As a subsidiary of Colgate, Hill’s Pet Nutrition required full stakeholder buy-in. Despite the complex approval process, our collaborative efforts resulted in a finished product with 100% sign-off from company leadership.
